The Ezell Brown Center for Entrepreneurship at Morris Brown College

Atlanta, GA, (May 8, 2009).  The Ezell Brown Center for Entrepreneurship at Morris Brown College prepares students for full participation in our innovative economy by providing them with learning opportunities and work experience in direct and interactive marketing.

Through the Center’s Interactive Marketing Institute, students receive real-world experience in direct and interactive marketing, and gain valuable knowledge and skills including Email Marketing, Direct Marketing, Mobile Phone Marketing, Lead Generation, Co-registration, Banner Advertising, SEO, PPC, and contact center management. The Interactive Marketing Institute serves as a work-aid program that assists a limited number of students with on-campus employment.

As the global economy has evolved from agrarian to industrial to digital, it is imperative that students are equipped with 21st century literacies – including direct and interactive marketing skills – that allow them to more fully participate in our emerging cyber-civilization. Morris Brown College recognizes this imperative need and is addressing it through the Ezell Brown Center for Entrepreneurship and its Interactive Marketing Institute.
