Parade Insurance Coverage

We invite all Affinity and Alumni groups, faculty, staff, students, and alumni to join us for our kickoff celebration parade. If you will be driving a vehicle, please provide a clear copy of your insurance to the email addresses below or bring it to Mr. Todd Blackburn for a photocopy.

1. Can I bring my own tent? Yes, you may bring your own tents, as long as they meet the specified size requirements.
2. What is the procedure for canceling a reservation? Contact the Office of Alumni Engagement within Alumni Affairs. Note that tailgate payments are non-refundable.
3. Where will my tent be located? Options include the east side of Fountain Hall and The Yard towards the Phyllis Wheatley YWCA.
