1. How do I become a participant in the CHOICE Project?

2. Who do I contact if I have questions or concerns?

3. How do I find out what services are available to CHOICE Participants?

Services will vary often based on availability with Partners. For updates, email any of the Community Navigators.

4. Are the trainings required for CHOICE Participants?

Yes, all trainings are required for MBC CHOICE Participants. Incentives are available for organizations who facilitate the process and individuals who complete the process from the Baseline survey to the Follow-Up survey.

5. How do I get access to free HIV/AIDS Test?

6. Does my parent have to know I'm participating in the CHOICE Project?

All participants under the age of 18 will have to have a signed Parental Consent Form on file before participating.
