
Dr. Kevin James
Dr. Kevin James serves as the 19th President of Morris Brown College, a historically Black college located in Atlanta, Georgia founded in 1881. In this role he leads as the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the leadership and management of all aspects of college operations. He is also responsible for the development and execution of the vision and strategic direction for the college, in concert with the Board of Trustees. He serves as the Project Director for the CHOICE Project.
Shakera Cheston
Shakera Cheston serves as the Project Coordinator and Lead Navigator for the CHOICE Project at Morris Brown College. Originating from Kinston, North Carolina, but Georgia raised, Shakera is a proud Fort Valley State University alumna and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Social Work and a minor in Criminal Justice.


Jessmine M. Cornelius
Jessmine M. Cornelius serves as the Project Coordinator and Lead Navigator for the CHOICE Project at Morris Brown College. A native of Dallas, Texas, Jessmine is a proud alumna of Prairie View A&M University where she received her Bachelor of Arts in History and African American studies.

Janiah Henry
Janiah Henry serves as a Community Navigator for the CHOICE Project at Morris Brown College. Originating from Byron, Georgia, Janiah is a junior Political Science Major at Clark Atlanta University.
Jordan Parker
Jordan Parker proudly serves as a Community Navigator for the CHOICE Project at Morris Brown College. Born and raised in Atlanta, GA, Jordan is a graduating Senior Political Science major at Spelman College.


Stephanie Gunby
Stephanie Gunby serves as a Community Navigator for the CHOICE Project at Morris Brown College. Hailing from Hermitage, Arkansas, she has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and a Master of Business Administration Degree, both from Arkansas State University.
