BUS-ES 301 Intro to Desk Hosting

This course teaches the fundamentals of hosting both offline and online Esports events.
Students will learn essential skills such as tone modulation, camera presence, and
effective presentation techniques. The curriculum covers anchoring, maintaining panel
balance, collaborating with directors, and thorough event preparation. Through practical
exercises and real-world simulations, learners will develop the confidence and
competence needed to host engaging esports events, whether in a studio or virtual
setting.
