Can I bring my own tent?

Yes, you may bring your own tents, as long as they meet the specified size requirements.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Contact the Office of Alumni Engagement within Alumni Affairs. Note that tailgate payments are non-refundable.

Where will my tent be located?

Options include the east side of Fountain Hall and The Yard towards the Phyllis Wheatley YWCA

Parade Insurance Coverage

We invite all Affinity and Alumni groups, faculty, staff, students, and alumni to join us for our kickoff celebration parade. If you will be driving a vehicle, please provide a clear copy of your insurance to the email addresses below or bring it to Mr. Todd Blackburn for a photocopy.
