BUS-HM 223 Facility Management

This course introduces the management of various types of facilities, including
residential, commercial, and industrial spaces. It covers essential systems such as
heating, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, and communications, as well as key
management areas like accounting, finance, and human resources. Students will gain an
overview of the knowledge required for managing diverse facilities, including office
buildings, hotels, convention centers, sports arenas, shopping malls, and college
