GML 319 Policy Analysis and the Role of the Public

This course explores the role of policy in public administration, public influence on
policy, and policy impact on decision-making. It covers stages of the public policy
process and how public involvement in policymaking has evolved, developing techniques
for managing and interacting with the public.
