OML 401 Internship in Management

Offered in the final semester, this course provides students with practical work
experience in a management role within an organization, government agency, or business
institution at the local or state level. The internship allows students to apply theoretical
knowledge gained throughout their studies to real-world challenges. Students will be
required to submit and defend an internship report that documents their experiences,
identifies organizational problems, analyzes the issues, and recommends viable solutions.
This course aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional practice,
enhancing students’ readiness for their careers in management.
