OML 405 Internship in Leadership

Building on the foundation established in OML 401, the internship focuses on
applying leadership theories and practices to real-world situations. Students will
engage in leadership activities, enhance their decision-making skills, and develop
strategies to address organizational challenges. A key component of the course is the
submission and defense of an internship report that reflects on their leadership
experiences, analyzes organizational issues, and proposes actionable solutions. This
course aims to cultivate effective leadership skills and prepare students for
successful careers in management and leadership roles.
