The Senior Research Project is a capstone course designed for students to synthesize and
apply the knowledge and skills gained throughout their academic program. Students will
engage in independent research on a topic related to management, addressing a realworld problem or challenge within an organization or industry. The course involves
developing a research proposal, conducting thorough literature reviews, collecting and
analyzing data, and presenting findings in a formal research paper. Through this project,
students will demonstrate their ability to think critically and analytically, communicate
effectively, and contribute to the field of management. Note: Student must be classified
as a Senior (90 earned credits or more) to enroll.
